Soil and Storeroom
As part of the Agriconfiance approach, "Les Coteaux d'Albret" is committed on four levels of wines with increased requirements. Each winemaker, working with the vineyard technician, is positioned on a level range depending on the potential quality of his or her soil. The harvest then benefits from a standardized traceability. The cellar master applies the traditional winemaking methods of Bordeaux while experimenting with new techniques to preserve the quality of the grape and create new organoleptic sensations. Each harvest is an opportunity to innovate and adapt to the expectations of the consumers. Thus, "Les Coteaux d'Albret" regularly invests in its storeroom to maintain a good level of performance. As part of its organic process, "Les Coteaux d'Albret" created a dedicated vat in 2010.
